Description:
Business management has always been a headache to most managers. The key is figure out “why we do what we do.” GPS-IE® Management Theory is a management methodology developed by George Gu and Hui Ding, who have been using it since 2011. It helps managers at all levels return to the laws of mathematics, establish strong work logic, and guarantee expected results. The end of physics is mathematics. GPS-IE® helps managers return to the mathematical and logical nature of management, thus make management simpler and more effective. When every department is re-establishing their value system, then the entire organization can vibrate on the same management frequency, thus produce very strong alignment leading to “resonance” and effectiveness.

Fostering HPI via Deepening Corp. & Learning Strategy Ties
Day:
Friday, September 30, 2022
Time:
CET | 4:00pm |
EST | 10:00am |
PT | 7:00am |
Description:
To foster continuous improvement within organizations, we will discuss how to, more deeply, tie learning and human performance systems to corporate strategy. Reframing corporate strategy from hierarchical to participatory offers a holistic human centric approach. An energizing conversation right at the beginning of each new challenge can strengthen engagement across all stakeholders. We will explore extending corporate strategy beyond traditional revenue and profit metrics to participatory approaches that build trust and credibility in making shared decisions, leading to more useful actions as a collective while considering verbal and non-verbal communication. A participatory planning paradigm helps embrace dissonance and conflict, easily activating innovation through open-minded collaboration. Deeper engagement in appropriately structured life-long learning improves corporate strategy performance.

3) Includes Demonstration of the real-world task.
4) Includes Application of the real-world task.
5) Includes Integration of the ability to perform the real-world task in the learner’s work and life.
You will learn the 5-Star process, then you will briefly complete a high-level design of your own course. You will leave with a high-level design, confidently prepared to tackle redevelopment tasks. Optimize Performance Energy
Day:
Monday, October 3, 2022
Time:
CET | 4:00pm |
EST | 1o:00am |
PT | 7:00am |
Description:
The current ‘pandemic era’ reality is characterized by deep uncertainty, ongoing change and devastating disruption at an unprecedented rate and pace. We are at risk of developing chronic stress and burnout.
In June 2022, The World Health Organization (WHO) reported spiking mental illness due to COVID, which has impacted organizations worldwide, resulting in decreased focus, a sense of disconnection, reduced productivity and innovation and increased burnout.
To thrive, we need the inner capacity to flow well and adapt when life throws curveballs. This innate capacity is called resilience, which refers to our ability to grow, learn and adapt. Humans are wired as social animals; we constantly interact and affect each other’s resilience. The concept of energy is vital in this quest. We need to maximize the energy available and optimize the brain-body system for exceptional performance.
This session will explore vital energy and performance optimization tools that build resilience as a buffer against burnout.
