22nd ISPI EMEA Annual Conference

Performance Improvement in Turbulent and Transitionary Times

September 26 - 29, 2023 - 1st Hybrid Event

Tbilisi, Georgia and Online

Stay Tuned. We are preparing ISPI EMEA 2023 Conference.

Why participate?

ISPI EMEA Conferences are purposefully intimate in size with a format, content and presenters designed to attract executives and professionals from diverse backgrounds and experience that bring with them an enthusiasm for learning, sharing and growing together in the highly participative atmosphere of the conference.

    • Open Assist Experience

An opportunity for participants to be immersed in a unique teamwork experience that runs throughout the conference.  Through this process, all conference participants, presenters and sessions become “crowd-sourcing” resources for teams, as they work to respond to a live request for support from the senior executives of an actual organization, who will participate throughout the conference.

    • Keynote Speaker

We always strive to invite professionals or senior executives, to serve as our keynote, who are able to contribute relevant, insightful ideas that are related to the conference theme and the general intent of our conferences, which is to provide uniquely valuable resources, within a participative atmosphere and an enriched environment that directly supports learning and sharing.  Since implementing a virtual format in 2020 and our decision to have all Briefing Sessions run as the only session in their time slot, we will, once again not have a traditional keynote in 2023, with our new hybrid format allowing for both in-person and virtual participation, both of which will be have highly supported engagement opportunity.

    • Senior Executive Exchange

Respected senior executives, from across the EMEA region, representing diverse organizations and industries, share their thoughts and insights with participants in an interactive panel sessions.  It is an opportunity for participants to hear directly from and interact with senior executives, during an engaging session, which is a perennial favourite at ISPI EMEA, expertly supported by internationally experienced facilitators. This year, we plan to schedule more than one  Senior Executive Panel and to introduce a new session type, a Strategic Deep Dive Discussion.  Stay tuned to learn more about that new featured session format.

    • Special Feature (The Global Landscape and Performance Perspectives)

In 2021 we formed and supported a small “think tank,” which met and discussed the conference theme (Performance Improvement and Sustainability), including the types/definitions of sustainability and the relationship between performance improvement approaches and sustainability goals and/or requirements.   The work of the “think tank” was summarized and organized graphically to guide a 90-minute interactive session.  Stay tuned to learn about this year’s Strategic Deep Dive Discussion format!

    • Briefing Sessions

Carefully selected from proposals to present, submitted through our 2023 Call For Proposals (CFP) process.  During in-person conferences, these sessions are run concurrently, 3 per time slot. However, the online venue will permit us to record all sessions and have the recordings available to be accessed across all time zones at the convenience of participants.  Therefore, each Briefing Session will run alone in its time slot.  Once Briefing Sessions have been selected, the topic for each and a description of the session will be published along with a photo and brief bio for the presenter or presenters.

What is unique about the ISPI-EMEA Conference?

We at ISPI EMEA feel that we have established a way to make our conference a unique experience. The challenges and related opportunities currently facing all organizations command the attention of executives concerned with strategic direction, managers focused on ongoing operations, as well as, performance improvement professionals.  You should definitely plan to join us this year, if you value any or all of the following:

    • Dynamic and Performance Focused – A dynamic, learning and sharing environment, where everyone is actively seeking to improve their own, their organization’s or their clients’ performance.
    • Client Engagement Centrepiece – The conference is organized around the Open Assist process, through which the opportunity to engage with executives representing an actual client organization, will run throughout the conference.
    • Real Life Challenges – The Open Assist experience allows participants to be exposed to performance challenges from real life, but in a safe, supportive environment.
    • Purposefully Limited in Size – An event where the number of participants is purposefully limited to ensure a much greater level of interaction and participation than for typical conferences.
    • Proven Value – A highly interactive format with a proven track record of high value for both presenters and participants.
    • Relationship Building – A high participation, multinational environment, with participants from San Francisco to Shanghai, which supports relationship and network building, not just an exchange of business cards.
    • Open Exchange – An atmosphere that fosters an open exchange of knowledge, experience and innovative ideas in the field of human and organizational performance.
    • Special Place to Come Together – A place where all of us can meet and prepare together for the challenges that lie ahead for creating healthy, prosperous organizations and communities.

Only you can contribute your unique perspective!  At ISPI EMEA, we believe that a conference is more than its programs and presenters.  Our conference participants are every bit as much a part of the total learning experience, as our fabulous presenters.  Our conferences are compelling because of their innovative, active/interactive format.

We invite YOU to become part of our community this year.  Plan to learn, share and grow with ISPI EMEA, this Fall for the 1st ISPI EMEA Hybrid Conference.
