Senior Executive Exchange
One of the perennial highlights of ISPI EMEA conferences, the Senior Executive Panel, is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2020. Participants in the conference will have the opportunity to hear from and interact with a panel of senior executives with diverse backgrounds in a special 90-minute session. During this highlighted event, participants will hear directly from experienced senior executives about the challenges and opportunities facing organizations today, with a focus on “Achieving Measurable Performance Results in the Digital Era: Goals Aligned Outside-In and Relevant Across All Sectors,” and their thoughts on how we as performance improvement professionals can potentially contribute to organization results in a meaningful way.
Questions to guide this discussion will be created from ideas suggested by conference registrants in advance of the conference and at the conference through our Discussion Space, which will be available 24 hours a day during the entire period from October 1 – 6, 2020, and will be staffed with a Coordinator during conference hours. There will also be time within the session for questions and comments directly from session participants, as well as the Panelists themselves.

Jason Kap Kirwok (Kap)
Director Board of Directors at Kenya Trade Remedies Board, Kenya
Jason Kap Kirwok (Kap) – is a strategist, who participates as a (part-time) Director on the Board of Directors, Kenya Trade Remedies Board (KETRA). Since December, 2018, representing The Kaizen Company, Kap has been Chief of Party, USAID/RIGO-SSA, an institutional strengthening program for COMESA, IGAD and EAC. Until June 2019, he set on the Non Executive Board of Kenya Airways where he chaired the Strategy Committee. And, he has worked for TradeMark East Africa as a Senior Strategy Advisor as well as Senior Director, TradeMark East Africa and East African Community Partnership.
Kap Kirwok is also an aspiring writer and poet, who has received several awards and honours including the Jonathan G. Orr Award for Excellence in Research and Writing and a first prize award for an essay contest on multiculturalism; open to colleges in the USA. He was awarded the 2013 Jomo Kenyatta Prize for Literature for his book ‘I Blame the Sky’. He writes regular opinion articles for The Sunday Standard and The Star Newspaper.
Born in Mt. Elgon Sub-County in Kenya, Kap has lived and worked in Kenya, USA, The Netherlands, The Philippines, Zambia and Tanzania. He is intrigued by the amazing growing power of human consciousness in a mysterious universe.
Andre Venter
Pack Leader (CEO), NVNT
Andre Venter is an accomplished Senior Executive with 28 years in the digital economy, many years in C-level roles, and as Pack Leader (CEO) of the company he founded, NVNT – Invent the Future. His commercial experience combines technical, business and finance expertise with his business process reengineering and total quality management expertise, to support his success in helping clients improve business performance, as well as, directing numerous large enterprise programs of work.
Mr. Venter’s C-level experience spans multiple industry segments, i.e., automotive, petroleum and gas, health services, local government, commodity trading, industrial engineering and manufacturing, financial services, information technology and professional services. He believes that core to the success and value of any strategy, are specialists who understand the business needs of an organization and who can deliver appropriate solutions, while managing the impact thereof. So, above all, this is Andre’s greatest passion and strength: realizing business strategy and improving business performance, based on the principles of customer focus, stakeholder value and process management.
Andre Venter also has Industry influence. He has served on international enterprise Boards, MIBS and AFSUG, and acts on invitation as an executive advisor to enterprises. He believes in and has been very successful in achieving and supporting – Innovation Through Collaboration.
Matts Agelii
CEO, Inserve Technology AB
Matts Agelii has been CEO, Inserve Technology AB, since February 1999. Inserve team members are known as integration and identity management experts, with customers like ICA, SEB, and Volvo. Today, Inserve Technology AB experts are also trusted developers in e-commerce, retail, industry, and non-profits. Core Inserve staff consists of 20 employees in Gothenburg and Stockholm, and a vast network of experienced it-experts and developers, specialized in custom IT solutions, with the experience and confidence to design, develop, deploy and manage their customers’ most important systems.
Inserve customers are usually leaders in their industry and enjoy working together with experts like Inserve. In addition to the customers mentioned above, Inserve clients include Arbetsförmedlingen, Gothenburg film festival and Apple retailer Macforum. Inserve offers skilled consultants who contribute to successful projects and have their own in-house developers for developing high-class online services.
Matts founded (1992) and made Apple reseller Macforum AB, the number one Apple reseller in Göteborg. He remains a partner and member of the board.

Ruud Janssen
EMBA, CFO, Sysmex Middle East FZ LLC
Ruud is a goal-focused and accomplished professional with strong expertise in devising financial strategies, implementing SAP, identifying/fulfilling customer financial needs, and leading integration/post acquisition. He has a strong background in staff development and supervision, and established, led, and motivated high-performing teams, committed to achieving collective goals and shared vision.
Key Accomplishments include:
• Increased sales and revenue by 40% and 25% accordingly.
* Reduced treasury expenses by 5-10% and slashed outsourced expenses up to 30%
• Led the successful implementation of SAP in Egypt within six months.
• Designed and formed a new affiliate in Turkey, which grew business from €2.5M to €12M revenue with 30+% growth rate.
• Led the integration of two acquired companies in global financial reporting structures of Sysmex Corporation.
Ruud is known for restructuring financial processes, transforming business, reducing costs and boosting sales/revenue. His broad-based experience covering several regions in EMEA based out of various locations such as UAE, Germany, and Netherlands.

Lisa Giacumo
Associate Professor of Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University
Lisa Giacumo Lisa is an associate professor of Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University. Her research interests focus on the use of instructional design and digital tools for global training initiatives and PI. She has worked internationally as an instructional designer, trainer, and manager for businesses, universities, non-profits, NGOs, and the US Department of Defense. Lisa has presented at AECT, Humentum/LINGOs Global Learning Forum, ISPI, and ISPI EMEA.
